Set in its own garden below Restormel Castle, the Summer House is romantic, secluded and stylish, the Summer House enjoys panoramic views of the Duchy’s Restormel Estate, overlooking the valley of the River Fowey.
A comfortable sitting/dining room with stylish, comfortable furniture. A TV and DVD player, are perfect for cosy nights in, while books and board games are also provided for peaceful moments.
A well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, double oven and a wide selection of modern cookware, crockery, glassware and cookbooks. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The kitchen is accessd from some stairs leading from the sitting/dining room.
There is one lovely bedroom with a comfortable king bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen.
The en-suite shower room has a walk in shower, WC, wash basin and towel rail.
The Garden room which is beneath the Summer House has lighting and a logburner with double doors leading onto a patio area. Garden furniture and a barbeque is provided. There is a small private courtyard and garden accessed from the bedroom doors.
As a guest staying at the Summer House, you will have full access to the extensive leisure facilities at Restormel Manor, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, children’s play area, tennis court and games room.
Please note that access for loading and unloading is accessed on a road behind the Summer House, cars will need to be parked in the designated parking space which is located at the bottom of the path leading to the Summer House.
Access into the Summer House is from the steps located to the side of the property.
The Summer House stairs to the kitchen are narrow and steep, please take this into consideration when booking.
